Mid-foot:

- Navicular, Cuboid, Cuneiforms.

Hind-foot:

- Talus and Calcaneus.

The thick connective tissue which supports the arch of the foot. It runs from the tuberosity of the calcaneus forward to the heads of the metatarsal bones.
