Components of Blood brain barrier:
  1. Foot processes of Astrocytes. 
  2.  Basement membrane of capillaries.
  3. Intervening connective tissue.
Components of blood testis barrier:
  1. Tight junction between adjacent Sertoli cells.
  2. Spermatogonic cells.
